Meet the Founder

Keith Marsh

With over 9 years of experience in digital marketing, Keith Marsh excels in designing data-driven strategies that boost brand visibility, engagement, and revenue.

As the marketing director for Freedom Boat Club during their rapid growth from 2018 to 2023 in the Tampa area, Keith drove a consistent 40% year-over-year growth during his five-year tenure. During that time, he developed a marketing platform he called FISHfinder that combined Connected TV and Market Segmentation with Marketing Automation.

Passionate about fostering strong client relationships, Keith champions a collaborative approach to marketing. His commitment to staying ahead of industry trends keeps his strategies fresh, innovative, and effective.

Keith holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Dartmouth College and outside of work, Keith enjoys spending time with his family, supporting foster care initiatives, and actively participating in his community church.

Noah Marsh

With over 7 years of experience in financial data analysis and project management, Noah Marsh specializes in optimizing business efficiency through robust audit frameworks and strategic insights.

Noah led portfolio analysis for institutional clients at a Tampa-based asset management firm, transforming complex datasets into actionable insights and historical performance trends. During his tenure, he developed an internal database that streamlined internal auditing processes, focused on and resulting in reducing analyst working time.

Skilled in streamlining marketing operations, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless execution of campaigns, Noah leads process improvements that enhances internal reporting accuracy and decision-making.

Outside of work, Noah enjoys traveling, going to the beach and active events.
