E320 Consulting is a boutique fractional CMO and digital marketing agency founded in Ruskin, Florida by Keith Marsh and Noah Marsh. We serve businesses throughout South Shore, Parrish, Apollo Beach, Sun City Center, Bradenton, Sarasota, and all of Tampa Bay.

Keith Marsh
At 15 years old, Keith sailed through a hurricane with his father and brother — seas that looked straight out of Deadliest Catch, swells towering and relentless. That experience forged something that never left him: a profound respect for the sea, and for what it means to navigate through the storm and come out the other side. It's the same instinct he brings to every client engagement.
Keith Marsh holds a B.A. in Economics from Dartmouth College and brings over 15 years of digital marketing leadership to E320 Consulting, which he founded in Ruskin, Florida.
From 2018 to 2023, Keith served as Marketing Director for Freedom Boat Club's Tampa Bay franchise, delivering a consistent 40% year-over-year growth every year during his five-year tenure — building the member base from the ground up. He developed a proprietary marketing platform called FISHfinder that combined Connected TV, audience segmentation, and full marketing automation — a sophisticated infrastructure that now powers E320's client strategies.
Keith's experience spans the marine industry, nonprofit sector, luxury home services, electrical contracting, and professional services — with proven results for clients across Ruskin, Apollo Beach, South Shore, Parrish, and the broader Tampa Bay area. He's fluent in GoHighLevel CRM, Google Ads, Meta, SEO, and brand strategy.
Outside of work, Keith is deeply involved in his community, supports foster care initiatives, and participates actively in his local church. He lives with his family in the South Shore area of Hillsborough County.

Noah Marsh
Noah Marsh is the Managing Partner and Operations Director at E320 Consulting. With over 7 years of financial data analysis and institutional portfolio management experience at a Tampa-based asset management firm, Noah brings a rigor to marketing that most agencies simply don't have.
At his previous firm, Noah led portfolio analysis for institutional clients — transforming complex datasets into actionable intelligence and historical performance benchmarks. He built an internal auditing database from scratch that dramatically reduced analyst turnaround times and improved reporting accuracy across the firm.
At E320, Noah owns the operations, campaign analytics, client reporting, and cross-functional execution layer — the engine that makes Keith's strategy actually happen on time, on budget, and on target. When clients get their monthly performance reports, it's Noah's work they're looking at.
Noah is based in the Tampa Bay area and serves clients across South Shore, Parrish, Bradenton, and the surrounding communities.
